Weng On Tam, Mark Edwards and John Hawkins (pictured above) attended the South Carolina Highway Engineers Conference 4/12/22 – 4/13/22. John is leading TCS’ efforts on the Carolina Crossroads project. Weng On and Mark also attended the DBIA conference 4/6/22 – 4/8/22. TCS continues to keep up with the latest in our industry!

 

West Alabama Highway

TCS is proud to support Alabama DOT in the procurement of the West Alabama Highway Design-Build Project. The Project is anticipated to have two sections, a “South Section” beginning near the intersection of SR-5 and US-43 in Thomasville continuing north along US-43 bypassing Dixon Mills to the east, then continuing north along US-43 and ending approximately 1.5 miles South of SR-69 near Linden, and a “North Section” beginning approximately 1.75 miles north of the US-43/SR-69 intersection in Providence north along SR-69 to approximately 1.03 miles south of US-80 bypassing Gallion to the east, continuing north on SR-69 bypassing Greensboro to the west, continuing north on SR-69 bypassing Moundville to the east, and ending with connection to the existing 4-lane highway on SR-69 north of Moundville

Craig Regulski

Craig Regulski, PE, Joins TCS

TCS is proud to announce that Craig Regulski has joined our firm as Senior Project Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 11 years of experience, Craig brings a diverse background in project development and construction management of traditional and alternative delivery transportation projects throughout Arizona. His experience includes management of the planning and final design phases of new freeway interchanges, major roadway expansion, ITS systems, intersection improvements, bridge rehabilitation and replacement, and pavement preservation projects on state highways and local roadways. Craig has also served as a Resident Engineer for the Arizona Department of Transportation where he led a construction field office of 13 staff overseeing construction on projects. His experience includes design-bid-build, design-build (DB) and construction manager at risk (CMAR) projects ranging from $1 million to $777 million.

John Hawkins

John Hawkins, EIT, Joins TCS

John has over 13 years of progressive experience on both design-build and design-bid-build projects. This includes more than a decade with SCDOT and he maintains SCDOT field inspection certifications in all areas of highway construction. John’s projects range from $2 million to $1.6 billion. His DOT projects include the $242 million I-85/I-385 Interchange (Gateway Project), the $1.6 billion Caroline Crossroads program, and several other projects. John has also served as an Inspector for Greenville County Land Development and as Project Engineer and QC Manager for a leading regional contractor.
