TCS is proud to announce that Wade Heflin has joined our firm as Lab Manager in the DFW Metroplex, Texas. Wade has nearly three decades of experience in construction materials testing. He holds practically every testing certification and has extensive experience in soils, aggregates, concrete, and hot-mix asphalt. Wade’s projects range from $6.5 million to $1.4 billion and include both design-bid-build and design-build projects. He has worked on projects for TxDOT, local agencies, contractors, and other private clients.

On May 16, TCS supported SCDOT at the Carolina Crossroads Phases 1 & 2 Construction Partnering Session in Columbia, SC. We were represented by Weng On Tam, Mark Edwards, and John Hawkins. Weng On is seen in the photos presenting the Carolina Crossroads Quality Assurance Program and sharing lessons learned from across the country.
